ISO/IEC 42001:2023Evidence pack
ISO/IEC 42001
ISO/IEC 42001 is the first international AI management standard — the de-facto reference for demonstrating AI Act readiness. Nyx generates operational evidence mapped to the Annex A control objectives for your AIMS. (Nyx's own ISO 42001 certification is a separate, in-progress programme, target 2027.)
| Reference | Requirement | Nyx capability |
|---|---|---|
| A.2 | Policies related to AI | Signed AI usage policy enforced across endpoints, with coverage metrics |
| A.4 | Resources for AI systems | AI model registry with provider, risk and jurisdiction metadata; on-device classification |
| A.5 | Assessing AI impacts | Automated risk scoring as input to AI system impact assessments |
| A.6 | AI system life cycle | Auto-discovery, continuous monitoring and tamper-evident audit across operation |
| A.7 | Data for AI systems | PII redaction and k-anonymity supporting data minimization and provenance |
| A.8 | Information for interested parties | Forensic decision reasons, exportable audit trail and a user dispute workflow |
Each control is reported as evidence — control, requirement, metrics, reasoning — for your auditor to assess against the AIMS.
