Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Nyx Security ("Nyx", "we", "us") handles information in connection with our website and our enterprise AI-security products. Nyx is built privacy-first: our products are designed so that sensitive prompt data is anonymized and analyzed on the customer's own devices and infrastructure, not sent to us.
Information we collect
- Website: basic, aggregate usage data needed to operate and secure the site.
- Contact: the details you choose to send us (e.g. name, work email, message) when you reach out for a demo or sales enquiry.
- Products: Nyx Endpoint, Sidecar, Browser and Edge enforce policy locally; raw prompts and document contents are not transmitted to Nyx. Customer-hosted NyxCommand stores incidents, audit records and telemetry within the customer's own environment.
How we use information
To respond to enquiries, provide and improve our products and website, and meet legal and security obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Legal bases & your rights
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of legitimate interest, contract, or consent as appropriate. You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and may object to processing or lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Data retention & security
We keep contact information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Data is protected with encryption in transit and at rest and access controls appropriate to its sensitivity.
